A Fond Farewell to Our Beloved Vicar

After a remarkable 11-year tenure as Vicar of St Mary’s Church and Trustee of the Bedford, Morison and Cordery Almshouses, Reverend Tony Rindl is embarking on a new chapter in his ministry.

Tony is returning to his roots in Birmingham to take on the role of Vicar of Marston Green and Area Dean of Yardley and Solihull. While we are saddened to see him go, we wholeheartedly support his exciting new endeavors.

During his time at St Mary’s, Reverend Rindl made a significant impact on our community. His leadership and compassion have touched the lives of many residents, as evidenced by his involvement in their funerals and memorable trips to Krakow, Auschwitz, and the Holy Land.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Tony for his unwavering dedication and wish him continued success in his ministry.
